Refunds and Exchanges:

As specified in the Distance Selling Rules We can't offer refunds or exchanges on the following items:

All the custom items or made to order items.

You can't cancel an order after the payment if We started to make the item ordered.

Once we have started work or begun to provide a service, the customer is contractually bound to honour their part of the contract so long as us
